After 5 successful years
at the Holiday Inn, it was time for a change. We had grown tired
of the 7-day work week which kept our operations running for about 18
hours a day.
We wanted a place with
minimum outside interference. We needed a larger place to host the ever
growing Middle-Eastern community. So after the New Year's Eve
party of 1997/1998, we packed up and started working on our new home in
Hackensack.
